Hiatal hernia pads
You may find it hard to find a bra if you are diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. Brassiere that shrinks the upper stomach can cause pain and even digestive problems. That's why it's important to find a good bra that will allow you to be supported and comfortable.
I recommend women with hiatal hernia to wear only soft cups or bras. Fractures are likely to cause you pain so avoiding them will be helpful. There are great soft cups bras available in many colors, styles and sizes. You will be sure that you will find something that works for you!
If you're thinking about wearing a wireless sports bra, be sure to buy one for a low-impact sport. Medium to high-impact sports bras will have strong straps that will exert too much pressure on the chest.
Arrangement of bra with stomach discomfort
Comfort is vital for women with herniated hernias, so I always recommend more free group size. But first try a bra with your measured size without having any soles. If you think this is uncomfortable, go to the group. Remember – if you're uploading to the group, you have to go down the cup size to keep the same space in the glass. For example, if 34C is too tight, try 36B.
The best padding for sensitive ribs
The easiest solution to this problem is to try a soft cup bra or one without pads. You might think there are not many sweet styles without a wire, but you're wrong! Already have softer bras than before, and they come in an assortment of styles and colors. Very soft bras are with V-decolte, which are not only sexy, but also supportive. For a look that looks like a "simple" bra, try molded glasses or contour cups.
